Individual Counseling is an excellent way to achieve your mental wellness.
Individual sessions are usually 60 minutes long. Usually clients attend one or two sessions a week in the beginning; however, this schedule can vary depending on your situation and schedule.
Sometimes your therapist may suggest a family member joining you in a session if applicable and agreed upon with you. This can help strengthen communication skills and build healthy relationships.
