Substance Abuse Evaluation
A substance abuse evaluation is an excellent first step in determining an individual's dependence on substances such as drugs or alcohol.
Reasons why you might consider an evaluation:

- Family, doctor, school or employer concern over drug/alcohol use
- DUI, DWI
- Drug possession
- Underage drinking citation
- Arrests where drugs/alcohol were involved
Drug and alcohol evaluations are $300, which includes:
- 2 hour session
- 1 drug/alcohol test
- 1 letter sent to a referral source
- Intake evaluation
- The Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory (SASSI) – an administered psychological questionnaire specialized for substance related issues
